The Critical Incident
Stress Management Foundation Australia Inc. (CISMFA)
is a non-profit open membership organisation focussed
on the prevention and lessening of harmful stress,
especially traumatic stress in the workplace.

the International Critical Incident
Stress Foundation and discounted subscription
to the 'International Journal of Emergency
Mental Health'
Comprehensive range of courses
Advocacy and consultation for
workplace programs
Research into areas related to CISM
CISMFA adopts the crisis intervention
model of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
and is affiliated with the International Critical
Incident Stress Foundation.
